Attention Foreign Attendees - Passports are required to receive a badge at the conference. No Visit Requests are required.
Conference fee includes all seminars and meals at proceedings. All Presentations will be collected electronically after the conference and recorded on a DVD, which will be provided to each paid registered attendee. In some cases, however, speakers will request that their presentations not be included.
All cancellations must be in writing and may be faxed to (256) 533-4508 or mailed to 2008 SMD Conference and Exhibition, 2610 Artie Street, Huntsville, AL 35805-4707 by the following dates: Postmarked by 25 July 2008, registration fee less $50. No refunds after 25 July 2008. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.
If you are personally unable to attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so for a $50 transfer fee. To arrange a transfer, please email smdconf@smdconf.org or call Sigma Services at (256) 533-6986.
