SMD Attendee Information

Attention Foreign Attendees - Passports are required to receive a badge at the conference. No Visit Requests are required.

Conference fee includes:

• All seminars
• All meal functions

All Presentations will be collected electronically after the conference and provided electronically to each paid, registered attendee. In some cases, however, speakers will request that their presentations not be included.

All cancellations must be in writing and may be faxed to 256-382-5823 or mailed to 2010 SMD Conference and Exhibition, 10446 County Line Road, Madison AL 35756 by the following dates: Postmarked by 25 July 2010, registration fee less $50. No refunds after 1 August 2010. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you are personally unable to attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so for a $50 transfer fee. To arrange a transfer, please email smdconf@smdconf.org or call Sigma Services at (256) 382-5823.
