This conference publication outlines the conference agenda and provides a location and brief description of each exhibitor represented at the conference. The Conference Guide will be provided in each Welcome Packet and to visitors to the conference. Full Sponsors will receive a full one-page black and white advertisement at the front of the Conference Guide. Partial Sponsors will receive a half-page black and white advertisement at the front of the Conference Guide.

This is a great opportunity to put your message in the hands of everyone at the conference. This sponsorship includes the production of 1,440 bottles of water with your company’s label and will be available at self-service kiosks during the conference. Each sponsor’s logo will be displayed at the kiosks and each kiosk will have a supply of each sponsors’ water each day. A credit will be displayed in the infomercial video designating the sponsor. The sponsor will be noted in the Conference Guide.

There will be two Diners with one located in the South Hall and the second located in the East/West Hall. The Diners are designed in a 1950’s theme and will serve specialty coffee and tea, sodas, fruit smoothies and ice cream sundaes to anyone attending or visiting the conference. Each sponsor receives 100 coupons that can be handed out to potential customers as a thank-you for visiting your booth or demonstration. Those visiting the Diner without a ticket will have to pay cash for their request. The Diners will have sponsors logos located on backdrop.

Conference Oasis Sponsor - $1,200

The 2008 SMD Conference OASIS will be a relaxation area for conference attendees and exhibitors. There will be an Oasis located in the South Hall and one in the East/West Hall and each will have 2 or more massage therapists. Sponsors will receive 30 tickets to giveaway, their corporate infomercial will play on a large media screen, and their corporate logo displayed in the Oasis area. Also in the Oasis will be some sofa and sitting areas and a drink fountain.

Hospitality Suite - $1,500 to $250
Want a place to entertain your corporate customers and guests during the conference? This allows your company to rent a Hospitality Suite for the duration of the conference. Hospitality Suite availability is subject to Titanium Patron requirement. Suite availability is on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you reserve now and designate your top three choices. Reserve your suite through the Conference Website and then contact the Conference Hospitality Suite Chairman, Mr. John Robinson, (256)679-4680, to coordinate your Suite requirements and maximize your Suite's productivity during the conference.
- A directional sign with your company logo will be set up at the hospitality suite entrance and in the North Hall hallway.
- Suite owners may coordinate with the VBC and have their company banners (owner-provided) hung from the rail on the 2d floor of the North Hall designating your hospitality suite location; banner is to be no larger than 5 ft. high by 10 ft. wide.
- The Hospitality Suite’s location and its owner will be noted in the Conference Guide.
- Each Suite may have up to 4 tables and 16 chairs for use (included in the package).
- Suite owners will have the option of providing an invitation that will be inserted into Conference Attendee Tote Bags.
- Suite owners are required to make their own arrangements with the Von Braun Center for refreshments and other services (e.g., hanging of banner).
- Suite owners are required to open their Suite to conference attendees for the Hospitality Night Reception on Tuesday from 5:30PM until 8:00PM, as a minimum. All other times are at the discretion of the Suite owner.
